Shalom to all, here we go again! Another day of amazingly TIMED Divine appointments. I got to the Jaffa Gate just as a FREE, two hour, English speaking guide to the Old City (a professor from Scotland) was just getting started, and I was invited to join the twenty other travelers. One of the best that I have ever heard (well worth the tips he got). Then I got to the Temple Mount JUST in time (only open between 1:30 – 2:30 pm). Because I was not with a big group, no one paid any attention to me, soooo I had communion ON Mount Moriah (right next to the gold Dome of the Rock). π Then, even though I had not made the required reservation for a tour of the Western (Wailing) Wall Tunnels (that also goes under Mount Moriah), I was given a ticket. Yep, I had communion UNDER Mount Morah. π I also had time to go to the Jewish Temple Institute, where you can see many of the real things that are being made ready for the Third Temple. Each time that i
have visited them, more things have been readied and they have physically inched a little closer to the Temple Mount (rented a new building). The Divine appointment here is, I had a small window of time and JUST HAPPENED to get there for one of their rare English speaking tours. Boy, my feet hurt! But it is sure worth it. Blessings, D (p.s. The rabbi that died yesterday was 93, and the Head rabbi for all of Israel. More than a million people took part in his funeral last night because he was so beloved.)

Israel Museum and Shrine of the book
Shalom to all, just when I thought it could not get any better… the Lord amazes me again. Not only what He does but the TIMiNG! Today was a ‘Quo Vadis” day “where goest thou”). I knew I was to head to the Museum, but how to get there? I tried my hand at their mass transit (I now have a greater appreciation for the convenience of the past tours that I have been on). I went by foot, city train, bus and (because of the death of the City’s head rabbi, while I was at the Museum, and the closing down of most streets and most mass transit for the funeral procession) by foot again. Wow! I really am “walking where Jesus walked.” Just one of the many Divine appointments, the Museum is showing some of the artifacts from King Herod the Great (he was king when Jesus was born). They even moved his real burial chamber and reconstructed it and put his real stone coffin inside. When no one else was around, I went inside and had communion as a symbal to honor
Jesus and dishonor Herod. Not only did he not kill the Baby Jesus, one of Jesus’ followers celebrated Jesus’ life in his tomb. π Another Divine appointment came, in how I was able to see an exhibit of some of the artifacts from the dig that I was on in 1980. Blessings, D
International Day of Prayer for Jerusalem
Shalom all, what a wonderful Sunday! I had a quiet and a much needed restful morning because I knew that I would be heading over to King of Kings church at 4:pm for their service. This churches location (a ten minute walk from my hotel) is in an auditorium, in an office building, where they also have a Prayer Tower (entire 14th Floor). You can literally see and pray over all of Jerusalem from there (amazing view of both the old and new city). I not only prayed over Jerusalem from the Tower, I also took communion. This is the church where the Prayer Service, on GodTV, was held later tonight. What a special time with fellow believers from all over the world (more Divine appointments) and a great story about where the Lord had me sit. π Blessings, D
Communion at the Wailing Wall
Shalom to all of you, today (seven hours ahead of you) was another amazing day! I was able to take communion seated right next to the Wailing Wall and spend over two and a half hours praying. The first hour for family, friends, associates, and heart needs. The second hour, I prayed at the same pre-arranged time with a wonderful group of prayer warriors, while they themselves were on a conference call originating from different parts of the US. They were praying for Israel from the “outside in” and i was praying from the “inside out”. (Those of you who have seen the “moving, Great Mennorah” here, well, it is on the move again!) π Blessings, D
Had communion in what is left of the Lord’s empty tomb.
Hi all, what a great day! I finally found the “Tme Elavator” that I was looking for yesterday (well worth it). I spent two hours at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, and had communion in what is left of Christ’s empty tomb. Because I am staying in the Jewish area of the city of jerusalem and because Shabat starts tonight, the entire area ( including all stores and restaurants) start closing down around 1:pm. On my way back to the hotel, late this afternoon, it was almost like a ghost town. Just a heads up, Sunday is the International Day of Prayer for the Peace of Jerusalem. You can follow it on the web or cable GodTV (google for info). I plan on being at the Jerusalem church that is hosting it (another Divine appoinment, only a ten minute walk away from my hotel). World wide, 300,000 churches and 100,000,000 people are signed up to participate. Pierre, i just saw that Tony Perkins signed up for FRC. Blessings, D
